1) What is your company’s minimum order per line item?

Precision Logic Technolgy’s min order is $300

2) What are acceptable payment methods?

We accept all major credit cards, escrow, wire in advance, and COD. Credit terms is also available for qualified customers.

3) Can parts be ordered off this website?

No since quantities and pricing fluctuates on a daily basis. We ask you to Request for quote either via email or call us 516-826-6200 or 727-596-9277 for pricing. The market changes do to supply and demand on a constant basis. We are happy to offer you with a free quote including price and delivery.

4) How long is my quote good for?

All quotes are good for 24 hours upon receipt of quote. Precision Logic Technology Inc deals with a market which changes due to supply and demand of obselete, hard-to-find, allocated, and long lead-time components. You may want to let your sales associate know when you are planning to purchase an item so we can reserve your parts for you until your ready to place a purchase order.

5) How do I set up an account with Precision Logic technology Inc?

Simply either email or fax credit information to us including desired payment method on your purchase order. We do offer net terms to companies that qualify.

6) Does your company except credit cards?

Yes all major cards are accepted.

1) How do I search for a part or parts on your website?

Easy just click on part search and put in your desired part number. Immediately the quantity which we can supply will pop up. Simply hit the rfq button and a request for quote will reach us, and a quick response including price and delivery will be sent back you via email. You may either fax purchase order or email purchase order to us. It’s that simple.

2) What are the date codes?

We will tell you the date code which is being offered in your quote. If you have a date code restriction we ask that you let us know in the comment box.

3) Are the parts new?

We only supply new original parts to our customers. If you are doing repairs and refurbished goods are acceptable please let us know in the comment box.

Quality and testing

1) Is there a warranty on the parts supplied?

Yes we offer a 30 day guarantee on the parts we supply. We guarantee for form, fit, and functionality of the part. Unless other terms are agreed upon with testing etc…

2) Can your parts be tested prior to shipment?

Yes we can offer testing on most parts needed prior to shipment.

1) Can your company drop ship?

In some cases we are able to drop ship. This is not always possible but we try to provide customers with every option.

2) Where will the company ship from?

3) How fast can I get my order?

In some cases the next day but this varies from order to order.
